Business Analyst

• Make sure that the solution meet client&039;s expectation
• Escalate when any risk or event is detected
• Act as an information source and communicator between the client/stakeholders and the development team
• Understand the Business needs of the client and actively seek for clarifications (Q&A, Requirement Gathering sessions)
• Influence on how requirements are elicited; what documentation will be produced; and how it will be signed-off
• Get aligned with the development team to propose the best solution to the client
• Write the Functional requirements to describe the output of the project
• Manage the Scope
• Actively participate in Phase
• Be responsible for all deliverables of projects.
• Write clear reports to the managers and the client
• Advise and support manager and sales team
• Estimate for requirements elicitation, documentation and review activities.
• Work closely with PO to define the BA strategy at high level
• Analyse and solve problems

Must have:
- Any experience level
- Communication Skill:
+ Listening skill: active listening
+ In Person communication skill: explanation, discussion, clarification, and concision.
+ Actively communicate with client
+ Writing skill: email, document, question, chat, etc.
- English requires reading, writing and speaking proficient skills
