BUSINESS ANALYST

Project management:
· Understand the current business needs to identify and reconcile the practical problems and facilitate rapid change and innovation through project management
· Assists the Project Manager in the planning and execution of project delivery including developing an action plan to solve the problem and exploit open improvement opportunities.
Business Analysis:
· Provide commercial insights to the leadership team to make well-informed data-driven decisions
· Prepare frequent management reports and consult the leaders on the current business situation and imporvement opportunities
· Review customer documentation relative to operational processes
· Design the management reporting framework to meet business needs
Strategy & Operations:
· Assist the planning of sales campaigns
· You will also help drive changes to our documentation and/or processes.
· Assist the strategic plan development of the Division
· The role will involve engagement with stakeholders across Product, IT, Sales, Legal and Operations

· Ability to analyse and challenge current process to identify gaps and areas of improvement
· Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience across product development, process improvement, management reporting
· Good understanding of technology, technical concepts, and financial markets
· Ability to work at different levels and across different disciplines
· Determine solutions, processes, and procedures appropriate for the business to meet the clients’ requirements
· A minimum of 2 years’ business analysis experience
