Business Analyst

• Summarize information, business processes and requirements from relevant clients/Internal Departments/PO then categorize and prioritize them.
• Participate in feature design & product roadmap development.
• Define solutions meeting the needs of client and business requirements
• Transfer requirements and describe solutions for designers to help them design the most effective UI/UX for users.
• Have a good understanding of UI/UX and ensure the design meets the requirements & oriented solution.
• Ordering Backlog with priority and make plan to develop product features.
• Manage Product Backlogs, make plan to develop user stories.
• Transfer project logic and clear business flow to the development team.
• Work closely with Product Owner or Development team to align on progress.
• Follow Agile methodology.

• At least 3 years of experience in product development.
• Good at working with UML, BPM, Diagrams, software analysis, design tools and techniques.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Good at mock-up/wire-frame/prototype.
• Experienced with UI/UX analyzing and understanding.
• Basic understanding of software industry, database, data structure, IT terms.
• Planning skills, analytical thinking & problem solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, careful & patient, enthusiastic & responsible.
