Business Analyst (Market research)

• Read and understand market data from market analysis tools


• Analyze customer needs based on data


• Analyze competitors based on data


• Prepare a market analysis chart


• Find potential products on global e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Pinterest, Etsy, Alibaba


• Prepare profit & lost calculation


• Decide on which specific products to trade


• Other tasks assigned by Direct Supervisor

• Experience is not a matter if you have all the necessary sets of skills and mind-sets mentioned above.


• Background in business or e-commerce is a plus, but not compulsory.


• Upper-Intermediate English (B2, IELTS band 5.5-6.0 or above)


• Passion in business, start-up, market research & product development


• Confidence: to work with numbers, graphs, charts, statistics


• Creativity: this skill is particularly helpful to develop a product as it needs to be differentiated from the competition.
