Business Analyst (Mobile App/ Web)

ADVN –Singapore outsourcing company specializes in website design, mobile applications, multi-platform e-commerce solutions for enterprises. We are looking for a motivated, passionate and experienced Business Analyst to join our creative team:
· Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
· Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
· Analyze and specify requirements, synthesize information provided by relevant stakeholders.
· Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
· Communicate with customers to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements.
· Gather business and system requirements from client.
· Assist client to define requirements, suggest ideas, and provide solutions.
· Performing requirements analysis.
· Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
· Be actively involved in the complete project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final delivery.

· Good understanding and experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
· Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation.
· Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
· Minimum 2 years relevant working experience as a Business Analyst.

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

· Highly motivated in problem-solving with strong investigative skills.

Excellent documentation skills.

· Must have past experience leading and supporting successful projects.
· Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

Good English
Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
