Business Analyst (Software Product)

• Effectively communicate with business owners (BO)/customers to understand their business processes, requirements, needs, concerns, and problems to build project roadmap as well as requirement specifications
• Act as a bridge to identify and manage gaps between actual implementation and BO’s expectations.
• Working cross-functionally in analyzing, designing, and developing business solutions. Coordinate with development teams to produce better business outcomes
• Contribute ideas to maximize usability and bring excellent customer experience product by using strong business analysis skills and user-centric mindset.
• Lead requirements analysis, validation, verification and approval. Making sure that requirements are complete, consistent, feasible and verifiable.
• Transfer knowledge to colleagues and overview business system to new team members
• Carry out training sessions and workshops to guide and support users as well as relevant teams
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in operational performance and notifies management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention.

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in SAP SD/MM is a big plus
• 5+ years working in Business Analysist position.
• Having knowledge of Agile principles and process
• Having practical knowledge of project management is a plus
• Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user centric mindset or understanding
• 5+ years designing, creating and documenting software solutions
• Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
• Fluency in English is a plus
• Excellent attention to details
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong experience in business processes
• Creative and innovative thinker
