Business Analyst (Up to USD 1,500)

***Purpose:
•Participate in our enterprise solution as a Business Analyst, working back and forth between Product Owner and Development team for successful products.
*** Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for closely working with customers/ product owner to clarify, analyze the business requirement; specify functional designs to translate into application requirements and solution to software development team.
•Get/research concept, business objective and write business requirement and technical specification.
•Consult idea and write technical document for development team; Prototype the GUI (sketch, wireframe) layout for web product.
•Use UML to define features, use cases, other diagrams. Find out new solution to enhance the quality and usability of all web products.
•Keep the closely coordination with software team, QA/QC Team to ensure the requirements are fulfilled.
•In charge of documents writing of User Requirement Specification and Software/ System Requirement Specification (URS/ SRS), and Feature List, etc...
•Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with Customers.
•Training staff in how to use the new systems.

•Excellent command of English skills (Writing, Speaking, Listening, Reading).
•At least 3 years of BA experience in Software Development; Technology service.
•Experience in UML design, data modeling.
•Excellent knowledge of typical BA skills set: requirements engineering, business process analysis, modelling techniques.
•Experience in Web production with a full cycle development.

•Warehouse/CRM/B2B or Enterprise Software.
•SQL knowledge.
•Web development.
