Business Analysts

Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming the project team; establishing project budgets.
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Implement a comprehensive management plan for the project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated on project progress.
Carry out meetings with our customers in English to gather requirements, feedback, and do demonstrations.
Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
