Business Development Assistant Manager

- Research market, industry, trends and competitors
- Evaluate sales performance and make propose improvement.
- Manage, supervise, motivate and assign work to employees belonging to Business Development Section
- Make regular visit and call for existing and potential customer to maintain relationship, seek customer demand, hear customer opinion and request. Propose efficient solution according to customer&039;s need, engage and take action when there is any issue
- Other tasks being assigned by Manager
- Understand company&039;s target, build sales strategy, decide which sales part, sales activities to focus on.
- Expand business scale with customers, seek for new business, new customers to contribute to achieve total budget of revenue.
- Review and propose to adjust current sales process (quotation approval matrix, Contract management, Sale Handling Instructions, etc…)
- Manage selling rates and costs

- Problem solving and decision making skills
- 3-4 years in field of business development / Economics.
- Communication, negotiation, time management and planning skills
- Knowledge of economics, trade, logistics and supply chain management.
- Bachelor of in Business Administration/ Economics/ Foreign trade or Marketing/ Sea Transport Economics
- Proficiency in English
