Mô tả công việc

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• KPIs, unlimited performance by capacity including 100 hits per day and at least 25 sales qualified leads per month. – Explore potential customers’ business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities, and highlight Gapowork’s value proposition for Enterprises/Organizations/Departments/Schools
• Attend conferences, meetings, industry events as required;
• Attend seminars or other client meetings when required or necessary.
• Work actively with the sales team as assigned to share best practices and make recommendations to win sales more efficiently;
• Develop new customers (Enterprise Or Commerce) using Gapowork platform – Communication platform, including free Zoom system by connecting with leaders of designated Enterprises/Organizations/Departments/Schools;
• Work closely with sales management department to develop target lists, calling and messaging strategies to drive new business opportunities;
• Participate in Process design flow with sales email/slides/video/faq templates;
• Search for potential customers through cold call, email campaign and face-to-face solution presentation;
• Lead and coordinate effectively with internal departments, especially Customer success to provide solutions and ensure the best customer experience;

Yêu cầu công việc

• History of consistently exceeding important performance indicators and goals during study/work activities;
• Willing to devote themselves for a high and stable income;
• At least 2 year of B2B sales/business development experience. Experience in B2B for Tech products;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Project management and organization skills; excellent time management and ability to take initiative in working process;
• Love business; not afraid to take risks; not afraid to be rejected.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to obtain necessary information from potential customers, while ensuring a win-win conversation;
