Business Development Consultant For Marketing Service

JOB SCOPE – To provide business support to the Place Marketing Services department at Savills Hanoi. This is a key role that helps to ensure the smooth functioning of an active team working under high-pressure.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Work alongside the Director & managers to implement a coherent business development plan, which includes but is not limited to prospecting, opportunity generation, networking, new customer visits, presentations and follow-up through to bid response and conclusion.
Work closely with Savills Place’s accounts team to edit EDMs/ mail merge/ marketing initiatives for the Department where required
Update and collect information of real estate/ FDI projects/ developers with detail contacts
Cold call, note down, arrange meetings and keep track the inquiries/ meeting requests. Do the site inspections if requires; Follow up with mail recipients’ feedbacks
Assist in preparation of pitch, develop/ prepare proposals before meeting with clients for Director & Senior Manager

Work profesionally on Powerpoint.
Able to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent English and Vietnamese written communication.
Able to make simple financial projections and be confident with Excel.
Understand legal documents such as contract/ agreements.
Understand the nature of branding & marketing services.
Working experience as Account positions in Marketing Agency is preferred
