Business Development Director

- Revenue generation in the company’s traditional areas of revenue and network assurance
- Identify and target new market opportunities
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships spanning Executive to Technical levels
- Create shared mindset with clients; assess needs and create innovative value-added
- Economically viable solutions
- Perform market research, identify, evaluate and close new business in big data analytics
- Work with technical executives and managers to build custom big data solutions
- Work with Finance Director and COO/CEO to develop a multi year sales
- strategy to support company strategic and tactical initiatives
- Identify resource and budget requirements
- Identify and evaluate all possible sales channels and partners
- Consulting and coordinating closely with the development team
- Make strategic and action plans
- Planning the work for the team.
- Lead team members in their daily tasks regarding requirements engineering or technical explanations
- Report project progress and issues to the director.
- Ensuring the scope and direction of the project is implemented in accordance with the stated vision and the project is executed on schedule and within budget.

- Good at business analysis, software design and testing.

- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Experience on Waterfall and Agile process
- Have experience on combine process of Waterfall and Agile.
- English skills both in speaking and writing.
- General knowledge of Amazon Web Services
- Knowledge of IOS & Android.
- Have general knowledge of Object C, Swift, Android SDK, Java , SQL and emerging big data technologies.
- Delivery on time.
- Experience in selling Big Data Analytics
- Can control the risk and quality.
- At least 7-10 years of overall experience in technical development
- Bachelors in Computer Science or a related technical and Business field
- Strong knowledge of telecom and emerging communications technologies
- Degree in Computer Sciences, engineering or an MBA
