Business Development Director (Lead Generation) (Up to 3000 USD Per month + Commission)

Manage and grow a team of Business Development executives which are:
 Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new
markets. Identify the prospect company structure.
 Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients. Approaching
prospects via email or social media to establish rapport, sending out samples for
product experience and set up sales call or meeting.
 Creating sales pitches. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
 Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.
 Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
As Director, you would also need to manage larger accounts and would still be expected to take part in sales presentations as well as assisting your team.
