Business Development Executive

Our head office has 3 fields of business: Employment, Evaluation and Education.
In Navigos Group, we are focusing on employment and evaluation. In this year, we aim to create a new business in HR field basing on our know-how from head office to bring more value to our clients and users.
Joining this New business development team as a Business Development Executive , you will be in charge of the following tasks.
1.In charge of attracting new courses based on project strategy through approaching partners (our partners include Trainers, Expert, Professional who have ability to teach online)
2.To achieve the assigned KPI (Revenue, Number of Partners, Number of Course) and measure performance.
3. Work closely with Business Development and all relating stakeholders to assure that the performance getting courses is executed in PDCA and in the right schedule.
3. Carry out research, market analysis about Vietnam education trend to develop more valued courses.
4.Reports and admin tasks
5.Accept other given duties and involve in projects assigned by line manager.
