Business Development Manager

Grow, maintain active and manage agency force to develop business:
• Supervising, monitoring agency activities to achieve sale target at the same time ensure compliance with Company rules
• Always develop networking to grow agency force in assigned areas
People development:
• Conducting workshops, motivation talk, special programs for leaders, agents
• To coach and train and develop BDM down lines, UMs, USs and Agents
Sales operation process and product enhancement:
• Report to Company about market information about product and service to contribute to enhance operation and control process, effectiveness concerning customer service, claims, and the related.
• Quickly resolve all complaints from clients concerning Agency Force to ensure quality service and client satisfation.
• Actively build relationships and trust with customers

Qualification: University or college degrees, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance
Experiences: At least 2 year experience working as Sales/Business Development preferably in banking, real estate, Financial company, hospitality, marketing agency,…
Knowledge and skill set:
- Competent in interpersonal / communication / negotiation/ motivation skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good at Sales Management & marketing principles
- Sales & result oriented
- Competent in planning, organizing skills
- Having vast personal networking
- Good at sales management skill
- Competent in analytical and problem solving skill
- Good at Insurance industry knowledge
Advantage:
- Familiar with PC literate, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Fluent English is an advantage
