Business Development Manager

• Identify stakeholders necessary for product and business development, creates a collaborative structure, and plays a role in leading negotiations.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns;
• Identifying new market opportunities by affiliation and cooperation with various external organizations/partners, and carry out business development for implementation;
• Expand and develop new feature/product/business models, for Digital and Fintech related services; Develop and nurture new partnership in accordance with the new product/feature (Fintech-related); Manage and review the new product/feature/business model;

Requirements
• Strong analytical thinking, structured approach and data-driven decision-making process; Abilities to navigate and execute in a highly ambiguous environment.
• Good salesmanship skills and strong stakeholder management skills;
Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a business development leader / manager
• Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills, Korean as a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in business development in companies such as start- ups, Mobile/Fintech/Payment/Banking services;
