Business Development Manager

• Assess the creditworthiness of customers/ prospects
• Create loyalty and optimize the existing portfolio.
• Promote the new commercial offers.
• Coordinate with Customer Sales Support team and Customer Relationship Management.
• Research and identity new business prospects and nurture the existing client base
• Maintain Sales KPIs
• Advise customers on the end-to-end freight forwarding solutions
• Apparel, footwear & automotive.
• Set target and create business plan for individual customer, industry and trade lane.
• Business Development of customers of different industries, especially for electronics,
• Gather Sales Leads insight and align all the overseas MGH network & partner accordingly.
• Draft commercial contracts adhering to the local regulations & MGH Sales Guideline

• Ability to think strategically and demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities and
• leadership skills
• Team player, hard-working and goal-oriented
• Flexible to Travel
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Freight Forwarding Sales
