Business Development Manager

- Develop a business plan and sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of the corporation’s sales goals and profitability

- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customer.

- Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets or territories.

- Support sales department achieve sales target.

- Gather market and customer information

- Maintain a competitive watch on competitors, threats and business opportunities.

- Establish the sales territories and the sales quotas

- Represent the corporation at trade exhibition, events and demonstrations.

- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.(If Possible)

- Oversee regional and local sales manager and their staffs.

- Establish training programs for sales representatives.

- Participate in the elaboration of the sales department’s budget and approve budget expenditures.

- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity report submitted by the sales representatives.

- Perform any other duty entrusted to you by the board of directors.

- Report to the board of directors, whenever called upon to do so, or promptly whenever you become aware of facts or circumstances that the latter needs to know.

-          Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

-          Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

-          Experience and full knowledge about construction and interior decoration market.

-          Strong communication skills in English is preferable

-          Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

-          Excellent organizational skills.

-          Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

-          Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

-          Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
