JOB IN SUMMARY
This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our nuts sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring seamless communication between processing operations and our customers. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Thai language, with a strong background in sales, business development, and supply chain management within the food and beverage or agri- commodities sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
Manage customer relationships in Thailand and selected markets; coordinate planning, operations, and commercial matters.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage logistics and cost optimization across the supply chain.
Apply strong communication and product/quality knowledge to address customer concerns, evaluate issues with internal teams, quantify impacts, and ensure timely follow- up and resolution.
Drive business development initiatives with a focus on increasing sales volumes, improving profit margins, and enhancing customer engagement in the Nuts segment.
Oversee destination stock and Vendor- Managed Inventory (VMI), ensuring issues are identified promptly and appropriate solutions are implemented.
Conduct market analysis to estimate sales volumes and seasonality trends.
