Business Development Specialist

- To work & support Bancassuance North team in deliver the business goal quality & delivery of results;

+ Design Bancassurance report, Bancassurance news,… to update, award or warning sales team

+ Performance analysis of sales team to push and increase delivery of results.

- Implementing strategy with partner & make sure every issues will be solved in time

- To implement other company strategic initiatives in line with our 3 years growth plan as assigned

- To involve in new partnership/ distribution acquisition, widen the distribution channel for

Business development

- To be the expert in Bancassurance and understand customer, sales team and partners needs;

- Conduct current partners analysis and evaluation; review and simplify the process/

procedure related;

- Identify key transformation area, formulate new roadmap, prepare proposal, study paper,

obtain buy in from implement the strategy.

- Develop& implement appropriate dashboard to monitor KPIs related to sale driven

- Corporate with other internal department to provide market information, benchmark, product & services

- Corporate with other internal department to conduct Bancass meeting & monthly meeting with partner, sales team.

- Prepare some report for HoD, CEO, Partner’s meeting by weekly, monthly, quarterly.

- Other work under the direction of line manager.

+ Experience in Bancassurance or Senior direct sale force of Bank.

+ Experience of business planning, performance management and business development.

+ Analytical skills and proven ability to develop practical solution to complex problem

+ Excellent partnership and relationship management

+ Excellent communication and persuasion skill

+ Excellent office skill (special: excel, power point)

+ Insurance knowledge is a plus.

+ Fluent spoken English and excellent

+ English writing skills
