+ Prepare User guide package for communication (propose an outline for ppt guideline, capture screen, propose script for video userguide)
eKYC on Gen Career
- Update weekly report for sales force (Thursday)
- Call end user for survey (AG, AL) as weekly basis
- Update weekly report for internal (Thursday)
OPM
- Update weekly report for internal (Thursday)
- Call end user for survey (AG, AL) as weekly basis
- Update weekly report for sales force (Thursday)
Monitoring GenLink/Genova/Gencareer performance
- Support UAT enhancement of improving GenLink performance (adjust filter function, UIUX,…)
- Support tracking & update usage report of Digital platform
- Support system admin task (upload & verify content/authority of article, add user into blacklist for suspended account on GenLink)
Others
- Support coordinate stakeholder to update internal project update excel file
- Update weekly reports
- Tracking timeline for other projects
- Format slide/deck
- Consolidate admin procedure for GenLink/Genova/Gencareer
- Support admin task for project DataMart - consolidate documents for preparing Data dictionary
