A Day in the Life
Work with all stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plan and product launch plans and coordinate and drive all market initiatives in the CML countries
Provide leadership and overall strategic direction to CML distributors and the direct Medtronic team
Achieve the business goals including revenue, EBIT, and business growth for Medtronic CML
Actively collaborate with the Indochina Marketing team (based in Ho Chi Minh) and the Training & Education team to drive the commercial activities in CML
Ensure a thorough understanding of and adherence to any corporate or government compliance issue.
Monitor competitive activity in the field and develop strategies and tactics to deal effectively
Provide strategy and direction for ongoing business development and growth of the business for the region and maintain long- range sales and marketing plans.
Monitor sales revenue estimates and growth on a weekly basis, promptly discussing your analysis findings with sales team and agreeing on actions to maintain growth, turnaround negative growth or seek new opportunities.
Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
Responsible for the management & Staff development: talent acquisition/selection, direction setting, feedback and coaching, performance management, rewards and recognition and development planning.
Focus on distributor management, development, and succession planning
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
Your Profile
Microsoft Office- PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Distributor management experience
Solid capabilities in Strategy, Data analytics and Sales analysis
Very good command of English

Proven strong performance record in sales, market development and deep understanding of the sales environment in Vietnam
Preferably 10 years Sales/Marketing management experience within the Medical Devices/Instrumentation field
Familiarity with MSP (Medical Surgical Portfolio) would be a plus

Post Graduate Business management qualifications and Mater’s Degree are highly regarded

About Medtronic
Physical Job Requirements
Must be able to travel independently to various Medtronic buildings/sites.
The employee is also required to interact with a computer and communicate with peers and co- workers.
Some out of hours work will be required
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
Must be able to travel internationally once/twice a month
