Business Operation Manager

• Ensure all process operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
• Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
• Coordinate with the Product department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
• Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
• Monitor User data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
• Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance

Requirements
• Previous experience in Business Operation or in a similar role
• Reliable and Trustworthy
• Experience with forecasting models
• Good knowledge of operations management
• Good communication skills
• Experience with databases
Preferred Qualifications
• More than 3 years of experience in Business Operation
