Job Description
Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Business Operations Intern. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities
Perform seasonal tasks and projects; join in large projects in need of manpower along with other departments.
Support in building and operating both individual department&039; and the company&039;s processes;
Deliver strategic projects for our leadership that help drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company;
Participate in collecting customer feedback, communicating, and interviewing Homebase&039;s customers and partners;
Participate in other departments&039; operation processes and ensure the operations run smoothly and effectively;
Conduct in-depth stakeholder research, including but not limited to customers, competitors, intermediaries, etc. and develop a deep understanding of key value contributors to identify improvement areas and opportunities;
Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans;
Create and present weekly or monthly internal and external reports;
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments;
Create, maintain product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements & ensure company-wide alignment ;
Our Requirements
We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:
Based in HCMC;
Be able to commit at least 6 months;
Working proficiency in English (fluency is desired but not a requirement)
Prior experience working in management consulting/ strategy planning/ marketing/ product management/ growth preferred;
Background as juniors, seniors, or fresh graduates in areas such as business administration, economics, or related majors;
