Business Performance Analyst

Report to: Business Team Leader
I. JOB PURPOSE:
- Ensure the performance of Company as meet as per plan;
- Support other functions day to day continuous improvement activities;
- Ensure the Effectiveness, Efficiency and Accuracy.
II. JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Analyze a company's performance includes comparing intended outcomes with actual outcomes, evaluating quality controls to see how effective they are and identifying errors, weakness in a system;
- Execute the development of KPIs annually;
- Execute the collecting, evaluating and monitoring KPIs for company and each discipline;
- Analyze data and use this analysis to compelling evidence – bases and actionable data stories to assist Team Leader in consideration of company work plan and actions;
- Be the focal point to work with functional departments to build, develop, and set up the company’s Operator Capability (OC) enhancement system;
- Be responsible for assisting with the delivery of OC engagement company-wide and ensuring the quality of deliverable meets required expectations;
- Actively coordinate with functional departments of the company to support the execution and operation of the OC improvement system, and facilitate knowledge sharing, guidance and communication to achieve OC enhancement project outcomes;
- Perform data analysis & interpretation and reporting relating to OC enhancement to support decision making for the company;
- Stay up to date with industry trends and evaluate the latest analytical tools which could improve efficiencies and visualisation.

III. GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Governance: Enforce the implementation of applicable company's procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements.
2. Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commercial or related discipline is desirable;
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the upstream Oil and Gas industry;
- Extensive operational and financial experience is a plus;
- Experience in with operational, financial modelling and/or project controls is a plus;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers;
- Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to effectively communicate, analyze, and problem solve;
- Be proficient in English (IELTS 5.5-6.5/ TOIEC 605-750 or equivalents).
- Good underwriting and communication skills along with proficiency with MS Office;
- Ability to perform data crunching;
- Strong analytical skills.
