Business Support Manager

Manage Business Support Division & other division support
- Business Support Division – HR, Purchasing, Planning, Support
Setup the Branch’s KPIs and management to achieve KPIs
Setup and improve business procedures and decision delegation
Establishment of management plan strategy for Branch
Other tasks assigned by General Manager and Branch Director
Research on new businesses or assess proposedly new businesses’ feasibility
Setup the Branch’s organization and re-organization
Corporate with head quarter or firm law to get new business license or others
New business review and strategy establishment

Experience: more 10 year experiences in business support (HR/GA, Planning)
Language: English in advance, Korean are prefer
Age: above 33
Skill:
- Graduated from University. Major in Business Administration/Economics/ or related fields.
Acknowledgments:
- Worked at IT company is an advantage
- Have experiences in business planning management, organization’s performance management
- Have experiences in working with internal departments, partners
- Have knowledge in IT/IoT/M&E business
- Understand to update new laws on the company’s business category and IT field in general
Other:
- Independent working, meticulous and adaptable to challenge environment.
- Be capable of working under high pressure environment
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skill
- Good work management skill, time management skill
- Strongly skilled in communication, negotiation and diplomacy
- Excellent in MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
