JOB DESCRIPTION:
Now we are hiring Business Development Manager South East Asia(“SEA”) for one of business units, Oscilloquartz (“OSA”). Oscilloquartz is a pioneer in time and frequency synchronization. We design, manufacture and deploy end-to-end synchronization systems that ensure the delivery and assurance of highly precise timing information over next-generation packet and legacy networks. The Business Development Manager, SEA will be responsible for the business activities in SEA countries ( Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Brunai, Cambodia, Laos, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan etc ) reporting to Senior Director -Business Development APAC.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
•Sales strategy, business plan and order entry budgeting of target customer groups
•Establishing & managing key customer relationships
•Overall order responsibility for the agreed accounts
•Responsible for channel partners supporting end user accounts as required
•Negotiation of contract and agreements, including upkeep of same, with customer and ADVA departments
•Presentation and successful positioning of OSA products and services
•Implementing and controlling of the sales processes for the accounts / VAR’s including forecasting (Salesforce) updates, customer service, tracking of overdue invoices, loan planning and monthly reporting
•Supporting the sales input to the product line management, competitors and market analysis

Knowledge, skills and experience required:
•More than 10-year-experience in telecommunications sales and/or business development in SEA Telecom sector.
•Good working relations with mobile operators in the region.
•Experience in selling complex technical solutions to Carrier, Enterprise and Mobile customers
•Experience in establishing and managing proficiently channel and partner landscape
•Good knowledge of Ethernet, Optical Networking and Mobile Infrastructure Solutions
•Fluent English both spoken and written required
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong negotiation skills and business awareness
Education:
•Bachelor degree in science or engineering preferred
