Call Center Supervisor (CSKH)

-Supervisory Call Center team to ensure all clients’ orders are properly informed to Operation department;
-Supervisory daily production schedules of all the Company’s batching plants and efficiently allocate clients’ orders to each plant;
-Take the lead in coordination with Sales and Operation departments to functionally handle all Clients’ issues and feedbacks;
-Work will Call Center Manager to develop call scripts for Call Center staff to professionally and politely take Clients’ orders as well as to handle Clients’ feedbacks or complaints;
-Assist in establishing and following the transportation schedule of concrete to maximize the performance of concrete delivery;
-Create and manage Clients’ database, and get close contacts with Clients for making confirmation and verification of large orders;
-Be responsible for the whole team’s performance to deliver the best services to Clients;
-To train and develop Call Center team.
