Job Description
- Directed the sales planning operation; devised and implemented commercial strategies to assist Buying team develop categories, acquire new brands and product lines to maintain and increase customer’s interest.
- Devised and implemented blackstock revival process to systematically monitor inventory and increase the profitability of aging stock.
- Initiated and developed the Master-planning to ensure a balanced and attractive assortment of categories, price points, and brand prestige, minimize competition and increase performance.
- Built dedicated data dashboards to monitor and evaluate commercial performance, KPI achievement, and supplier&039;s commitment; provided data insights and analysis regarding pricing, merchandising, and sale performance in order to produce strategies, drive sales, optimize brand potentials and ensure profitability.
- Initiated and developed sales prediction model to project potential revenue and adjust the planning accordingly. Campaign Management:
- Managed the coordination between Marketing, Production, Commercial and Operation teams to successfully execute the preparation and operation of campaigns.
- Initiated and designed attractive Marketing campaigns to boost revenue, acquire new customers and strengthen the relationship with loyal customer base.

Qualifications for Campaign and Planning Manager
• 3+ year experience in planinng and campaign field
• Excellent organizational skill
• Understanding of current market trends
• Very strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office
