ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHER

LOCATION: mainly based at Lý Thái Tổ Campus but may need to teach online or travel to other campuses of DELTA English School
REPORTS TO: Academic Manager
MAIN DUTIES: You will be expected and supported to perform these tasks:
• Preparing and delivering online or offline English lessons
• Marking mid-term and final tests
• Monitoring students’ progress and providing personalized learning content
WORKLOAD STRUCTURE:
The majority of DELTA English School's courses run for 4 weeks, Monday to Sunday, between 8:30 and 21:45. Schedules could be a mix of weekday and weekend work depending on needs and teachers’ availability.
Offers of teaching hours will be based on new enrolments, but the total weekly teaching hours would not exceed 20 teaching hours per teacher.
Teaching sessions:
8:30 - 10:00
10:15 - 11:45
13:30 - 15:00
15:15 - 16: 45
17:30 - 19:00
19:15 - 20:45

REQUIREMENTS:
• A Bachelor degree in English Language or English Language Teaching, OR a Bachelor degree in other related majors and an internationally recognised teaching qualification (such as CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, TKT)
• An overall IELTS band score of 6.5 and over (Academic Module), no skill below 6.0. If you have not obtained an IELTS certificate, an IELTS mock test will be conducted as part of the interview
• At least 6-month experience in teaching English
• Good ability with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal skills, and ability to be a team player
• A meticulous, punctual and responsible work approach
• Ability to work independently, and to meet deadlines
