Mô tả công việc

Manage Cash collection of all Hubs in nation wide
Manage Cash in all Hubs, ensure the correct process and accuracy
Monitor Daily Cash Collection Report submitted by Cashiers from all Hubs and reconcile with system, handle all disperancies may cause
Control the deposits at banks of Cashiers is executed accurately and fully
Ensure all Hubs deposits to the Company bank accounts accurately;
Receive report of cash collection from Finance, handle all disperancies and find the solutions for them
Manage business Risks could be happened during operating time for all hubs
Assist Cost Controller to build and standardize collection process to be suitable with the Company operating model
Perform periodic and acceidental inspection to ensure the proper and accurate execution of collection process at all Hubs
Propose action plan and coordinate with related functions in Campaigns to control the cash threshold in Hubs, minimize the risk of losing cash in Campaigns
Testing to detect the violations in cash management process, handling of violation cases and propose control activities to avoild possible violations may cause
Control and evaluate performance of all Cashiers
Check relevant documents;
Other tasks upon request

Yêu cầu công việc

University diploma or above, experienced 02-03 years in cashier accountant, experience working with cash, dealing with bank
Use computer proficiency, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel ...) to make reports, compare debt
Experienced in using POS
High pressure environment
Be honest, hardworking, careful and have good communication skills (preferably in English communication), responsible and team player, able to work independently
