Cashier/ Urgent

Checking and collecting the money accurately relevant to trade debtors, cash advance and other receivables as well as managing the company invoices and receipts properly.
•Update exchange rates for various currencies in the system on daily basis.
•Having good and timely coordination with related operation teams to ensure for information of the customer being recognized fully, correctly and synchronized between different systems.
•Check, print and deliver VAT invoice for the customer after having collected money in full and directly for the cases with COD term.
•Cash count and manage cash fund carefully and correctly.
•Update and collaborate smoothly with AR team to ensure for VAT invoice according to the customer with credit terms should be ready and timely for courier directly to person in charge together with internal filing and monitoring properly (e.g. scan VAT invoice, get customer’s confirmation, etc.)
•Strictly follow up and ensure for the compliance number of VAT invoice shall be updated timely and exactly in the system after issuance.
•Implement the preservation, usage and archival of VAT invoice carefully and properly.
•Other tasks assigned by Financial Controller.

•Bachelors or College Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting/Finance.
•At least 2 year-experience in Finance & Accounting with 1 year working at similar roles.
•Careful, detailed.
•Basic knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standard and related regulations (e.g. VAT, VAT invoice).
•Able to plan and organize own daily and future activities.
•Able to handle multiple assignments.
•Strong financial skills.
•Customer oriented with professional attitude.
•Good ability to adapt with many different systems and software especially the necessary skills against Excel / Word.
•Able to work independently and teamwork well.
