Category Assistant

To be responsible for assisting Category team on the project follow-up, preparing data & all consolidation tasks related to category management. This position will report directly to Group Category Manager and cover overall category management tasks.
- Work on system to understand data source and watch out the movement of key products/categories on daily/weekly/monthly basic,
- Support GCM to keep track all process and flow of work in Category department and related departments, follow up and quickly update status until the tasks are done,
- Consolidate and double check all information from Category in charge related to daily work, including:

Sales analysis data
Promotion follow-up and evaluation
Category performance review
Stock issue (inventory, AP, …)
Website display related figures
Other requirement assigned by Group Category Manager

Assist to maintain database, including

Vendor list and contact list update
Others
Contract status
Trading term status & information
Master price list

- Assist category team to get feedback and answer to question from customers
- Compile monthly sales reports by GMV/invoiced sales/margin/trading-nontrading status
- Supporting the supply department with other administrative tasks, if requested

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience is preferred but not a must.
Good communication and interpersonal skill are highly needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
Willing to learn and willing to do spirit.
Excellent command of English.
