• Working with other department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
• Evaluating and developing marketing strategy for new product
• Identifying potential customers
• Understanding & developing budgets and finance including expenditures, R&D appropriations, return on investment and P&L projection
• Leading Masan MeatLife‘s marketing Processed Meat. You will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning, communicate the marketing plans to those involved and build awareness and positioning to MML;s brands. You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share.
• Manage and build your own marketing team

• At least 10 - 15 years experiences and at least 5 years management experience in the same level
• Experiences in running marketing campaign
• Excellent interpersonal , details, professional and proactive work ethic
• Education - ideally Master degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or related field
• High competency in project and stakeholder management
• Experiences with digital marketing
