C&B Assistant Manager

Perform other tasks or initiatives that are directed by HR Manager.
Design & Audit Master Employee Data
Be in charge of and calculate the monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime payment, unpaid leave, sick leave…) for employees based on the timesheet records.
Control Legal Document (including contents of Labor Contract /Update)
Cooperate closely with Trade Union.
Respond to the employees&039; queries on payroll, personal income tax matters, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Process and complete monthly personal income tax declaration, finalization for employees, and expatriates to ensure PIT compliance.
Keep updated on changes in tax, labor, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance law and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

University degree.
Minimum 02years C&B experience in equivalent position, prefer in retail industry.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

Strong verbal and creative written communication skills.
Good at Office skill (especially Excel).
Good knowledge of HR related regulations and labor laws of Vietnam.
Basic command of English, both verbal and written.
