C&B Operation (70%)
Manage HR database:
- Manage reports and top management records (KPI, Benchmarking market,…)
- Manage the labor contract, employee profile, reward record, disciplinary record, and termination record…etc.
- Ensure the C&B Team to update employee information database are full, security and related document are in compliance with current laws.
Payroll administration:
- Monitor related works of SI, HI, UI, annual medical check-up.
- Check and control monthly/yearly PIT declaration and finalization.
- Ensure the company’s policies are followed and compliance such as over time, Incentive, BSC score/incentive, PIT calculation, pay roll….
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of Compensation Team.
- Manage the process of payroll, payroll transactions; maintain employee benefits and compensation records.
C&B Strategy:
- Review, evaluate and modify compensation policies to ensure that they are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to support development of competitive compensation plans.
- Conduct salary market survey such as Mercer, Tower Watson, Remuneration analysis…
- Conduct and evaluate for the annual salary review, salary structure review and annual performance appraisal.
Report:
- Supervise any internal reports such as OT, OT tracking management, Absenteeism, HR movement and other HR reports.
- Prepare and analysis payroll reconcile report and other report related to payroll system.
- Checking monthly/yearly government report such as labor report, expats report…
- Other tasks as assigned by Head of HRA.
C&B Team Development:
- Assess and follow up with action plan to develop HR C&B team
- Support to organize Company’s activities as required.
