C&B Specialist/ Or Supervisor

- Issue the HR relevant decision to Employee (Termination, Salary Increase, Internal transfer, 13thsalary decision and so on).
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
- Checking quarterly PIT report, yearly PIT finalization.
- Manage social insurance book and health care card for employees as per local law.
- Maintain effective filling of employee profile and HR document as company process and procedure
- Process terminations and severance payments for employees.
- Advise the Labor Law or PIT Law to HRBP Manager/HRD
- Manage the payment Social Insurance every month as per mandatory requirement.
- Check monthly payroll accurately and timely.
- Follow, prepare and tracking Offer letter, contract, renewal contract for Employee.
- Manage the tax receipt and income confirmation letter to employee.
- Send the monthly payroll estimate cost to Finance.
- Advice/orexplain employee&039;s questions concerning Salary, Benefit, PIT, Dependent, SHUI Insurance,…
- Handle employee insurance issues.
- Complete social and health insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month on a case-by-case basis.

-English:Intermediate.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law.
-Flexibility, Patient and careful:able to work independently or as part of a team and able to keep calm in frustrating and stressful situations.
-Microsoft Office:Proficiency in office applications (especially word & excel).
