C&B Team Leader

• Get direction from CBM and develop short term C & B strategies.

• Take lead and proactively collaborate with HR Operation Team,

• Take lead and proactively interact with Payroll Outsource,Outsourcing Agencies to complete Payroll Process.

• Support to management of HRPP systems to enhance HR reporting and analytics capabilities as per RSC process and compliance.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the payroll, ensuring the processes are running effectively

• Perform payroll processing activities, including compute wage and overtime payments, calculate and process resignation payment

• Review, audit, reconcile and correct / update payroll prior to transmission to ensure proper pay calculations, tax calculations…

• Maintaining related records and reports for management; in response to audit and in support of day to day requests

• Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation and checking data in system.

• Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, saving deductions and job titles,and department / division transfers

• Manage vendors to ensure the payroll inputs processed timely & correctly

• Ensure timely upload of bank files & payment

• Manage / control all processes of mandatory insurance & PIT as

regulations.

• Keep maintaining and updating knowledge of related government rules and regulations, including the Labor Law, Social Insurance,Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Trade Union, Tax laws and regulations.

• Do other job assignments as requested by C&B Manager

•       Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management/ Business/ Accounting/ Economics…

•       Work Experience: At least 2-4 years of working experience in similar position 

•       Solid knowledge of relevant labor laws and ability to interact with counterparts, government agencies.

•       Excellent in English communication
