CCR Operator_Nhân Viên Phòng Điều Khiển

* Reporting to: Operation Team leader
* Purpose of job: To perform operational activities in accordance with operating procedures, customers’ requirements and expectations, safety, environmental and quality standards.
* Job Function:
CCR Operator
Overall monitoring of terminal activities via DCS, control room
Perform the activities at CCR: to prepare paperwork for Operation activities, to be a coordinator between other Departments, Operation Team leader(s) and Operations Manager, to control equipments from CCR upon request
Monitoring & operations of DCS of Vopak Vietnam Terminal is effectiveness and safety
Support the team leader in planning daily order
Other
Analyze, assess and report the shortcoming, unsafe of equipment, process and propose the improvement plan to operation team leader.
Manage the production area in cleaning, and suitable for operation.
Perform the activities at Jetty, Tank farms, Truck loading bay, Drumming area based on assigned schedule by Operation Team leader.
Report to Operation Team leader.
Manage and control efficiently the equipments, process and tools that are handled to operation.

* Key Performance Indicators:
- All the equipments, process are available for operation.
- To carry out the observation for working area, performance, equipments, process… and propose to revise the procedure and / or processing.
- Operation performances comply with SOP and SHE requirement.
- Operation works proceeding in schedule, quality and safety.
* Decision-Making: Within Vopak Vietnam Terminal – Operation shift teams
* Dimensions: Contractors, Surveyor and Customers
* Skills & Knowledge:
- Responsibility, team works, enthusiasm.
- Ability for production management.
- Ability to understand the operation objective and implement to operation performance.
- Knowledge and experience in working with seagoing vessel
- MS office is a MUST, and good English ability is preferred.
- Education : College or Vocational school in chemical, electrical, mechanical engineering
- Experience in working with process control system i.e DCS, SCADA, ..
- At least 1 year experience in operation and production.
