CFS Warehouse Supervisor

• Handle the WMS (warehouse management system), scanning data & CFS reports for customer.
• Coordinate with related authority for cargo inspection if required.
• Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost savings.
• Maintain team work, productive working environment.
• Supervise & give instruction to CFS handling team.
• Coordinate with carriers & their transportation vendors to arrange empty pick up matching the outbound loading timeline & CY cut-off.
• Handle monthly debits/credits.
• Coordinate with customs team to arrange outbound customs to ensure customs cut-off is met.
• Assist CFS Manager in other tasks to achieve excellent operations performance.
• Main contact point with Shipment Planning team to receive inbound plan & outbound bookings.
• Coordinate with ports/ terminals for smooth container pick-up/drop-off, timely & smoothly handling before CY cut-off.
• Responsible for CFS daily planning & supervise the CFS ops team for smooth cargo in/out handling including scanning in/out, unloading, put-away to correct locations & load the containers as per each destination SOPs.

• Good command in Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written).
• Bachelor Degree.
• Have knowledge about custom clearance
• Good communication and problem solving skills (Customer complaint, people conflict, discipline and performance).
• Good knowledge in Supply Chain Management in 3PL.
• Committed and willing to work overtime to meet customers’ demand.
• At least 2 years as warehouse supervisor in dynamic and high demanding environment.
• Time and job planning management.
