This position will work collaboratively across PVA with strategy and operational leaders from both Human Resources and the business, being a catalyst for change and organizational effectiveness.
This strategic role consists of several areas of responsibility, including:

The position will architect and deliver end-to-end solutions across an expansive portfolio of services including strategic organizational design and alignment, change management planning and execution, and culture transformation, as needed to enable and accelerate the targeted priorities.
Position Responsibilities
•Provide subject-matter expertise, project leadership, coaching, as well as hands on execution in these areas, with an additional focus on developing new skills and capabilities across PVA (e.g. change capability building)
•Engage in projects such as:
End-to-end organizational consulting to support expansions and reorganizations that span businesses, functions, and divisions
Partner with senior leaders to manage change management agenda, diagnose team development/effectiveness needs in the context of an aggressive transformation agenda
Enable innovation and business performance through cultural transformational change
Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams throughout the consulting lifecycle (scoping, proposal, planning, delivery, and formal closure), with a focus on:
Partnering with HRBP and business leadership to integrate consulting services in support of transformation strategies, plans and goals
Lead the project teams to collaborate, to develop and deliver coordinated and cohesive services and solutions best suited to meet organizational needs
Define consulting service and product offerings related to organizational design, change management, strategic planning, team effectiveness, and organization diagnostics
Augment the consulting value proposition with a deep commitment to industry best practices and innovative solutions, including leveraging Agile and Design Thinking principles
Execute each phase of the consulting process, translating consulting approach into executable, operational plans, and measuring the impact of these interventions
Support the business leadership by actively training, coaching, and mentoring the project teams to develop their change, transformation and organization effectiveness skills, as well as enabling broader capability building across PVA through the deployment of standardized tools and initiatives
