In charge of stock arrangement section (at least 1 year): check of expire date, ingredient arrangement, FIFO (First In First Out)
In charge of cold section (at least 1 year)
- agemono: skill of deep-flying, knowledge of fire preventation In charge of sushi section (at least 1 year)
- sushi: knowledge of hygiene, skill of cutting fish, making sushi rice, keeping food ingredient In charge of sashimi section (at least 2 year)
- sashimi: knowledge of hygiene, skill of cutting fish, keeping food ingredient, plate decorating In charge of soup & sauce section (at least 2 year)
- yakiba: control of beef, fish quality & ordering for proper amount In charge deep-fried section (at least 1 year)
- yasayi: cutting skill, knowledge of salad dressing, etc. In charge of grill section (at least 1 year)
- nimono: knowledge of soup & hot food recipe, measuring flavor & saltness, overall controllment of kitchen team, ordering, cost control, food quality

Good in Japanese cooking skill and leader skill.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Thuy Nguyen, Haiphong, Vietnam
- Full - time position available
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
- At least 05 years working experience in 4 or 5 star hotels & resort
- Required skills: Active, honest, team work and hard - working
