Chemicals Sales Can Enlish/chinese (Coating,ink,plastic,rubber,construction,food Feed, Personal Care)

• Any other assignments and responsibilities or functions that may be assigned to you from time to time.
• To have good knowledge and understanding of the products to be sold.
• To maintain good working relations with all customers and ensure that all complaints of company&039;s products are readily attended and resolved.
• To provide adequate and effective support to all distributors/dealers and serve end customers; manufacturers.
• To carry out effective selling strategies and sales plans to combat competition.
• To develop and serve new customer related chemicals in the Coating/Ink/Plastic/Rubber/Construction/Food Feed Science/Personal Care markets.
• To handle customers/sales inquiries and be responsible for collection of accounts.
• To handle customer enquiries/complaints efficiency and effectively.
• To conduct product presentations to customer at all levels.
• To feedback market information, e.g. competitors, new products, quality, market opportunities.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, strong analytical planning and organizing skills.
• Aggressive and result oriented.
• Good interpersonal, selling, negotiation and communication skills (both in verbal and written).
• Candidates with 3-5 years’ experience are encouraged to apply
• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Chemistry / Chemical / Business / Marketing or equivalent from a recognized institute of higher learning.
• Candidates are expected to know and speak fairly good English or Chinese languages.
