•Responsible for the technical service and attending to technical complaints of the respective customers.
•Responsible for new products line trial and new lines commissioning.
•Responsible in training and educating the customer in technical aspects.
•Responsible for keeping and updating of formulations for product for the respective customers.
•Issuing Product Data and MSDS on all the respective products.
•Responsible for lab testing for complaint and line troubleshooting purpose.
•Responsible for the development and improvement of products.
•Responsible to assist in the quality control and quality assurance of all the products manufactured for the respective customers.
•Responsible to establish and maintain contact with customers.

•Degree in Chemistry
• Proficient in English language, both written and spoken
•Possess good communication and inter-personal skills
•No color blind
•Willing to work long hours, travel on work related assignments
•Having at least 2-3 years in paints and coatings experienced is preferable
