1. Accept the construction tasks issued by the superiors, and do the preliminary work such as drawing review, construction plan, material plan, etc.
接受上级下达的施工任务，并进行图纸审查，施工计划，材料计划等前期工作。
2. Responsible for solving major technical problems in design, supporting, and construction, including reasonable and timely handling of various technical problems at the construction site.
负责解决设计，支持和施工中的重大技术问题，包括在施工现场合理及时地处理各种技术问题。
3. Responsible for progress quality control in design and construction period, customize the quality standards for project implementation, clarify the technology of the drawing, and supervise construction to ensure the smooth implementation of quality standards.
负责设计和施工期间的进度质量控制，为项目实施制定质量标准，阐明工程图技术，并监督施工，以确保质量标准的顺利实施。
4. Formulate the overall construction progress plan of the project, responsible for strict time control of design and construction progress.
制定项目总体施工进度计划，负责严格控制设计和施工进度的时间。
5. Responsible for cost control of project planning, design and construction
负责项目计划，设计和施工的成本控制
6. Responsible for guiding and supporting QS, procurement and other related departments during project implementation.
负责在项目实施过程中指导和支持预算，采购和其他相关部门。
7. Collect and organize engineering data, regularly report the progress of the above-mentioned various tasks to superiors, and provide professional advice and analysis on major decision-making issues.
收集和整理工程数据，定期向上级报告上述各项任务的进度，并就重大决策问题提供专业建议和分析。
8. Responsible for the management of the project team.
负责项目团队的管理。
9. Select appropriate sub-contractor, and organize their entry and management.
选择适当的分包商，并组织其进场和管理。
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
