Chief Account - Kế Toán Trưởng

- Reviewing financial statements in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and Regimes (VAS) and The International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), accounting management reports, tax declaration reports.
- Working with tax authorities, auditors, corporations on financial-accounting related matters.
- Responsible for the organization and operation of the accounting process following regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments in accounting matters:
+ Coordinate with other functional departments in the management of assets and capital sources based on reflected accounting data.
+ Coordinate with the planning department in the planning of production and business related data.
- Supporting the information disclosure to the Stock Exchange.
- Managing the manpower of the Accounting Department: proposing and appointing, recruiting, training, and developing accountants to meet the company&039;s management needs.
- Advising the Board of Directors of the Company on strategic planning, analyzing the economic situation, business results of the company and controlling operating costs of the Company.
- Developping policies and regulations on the management of financial and accounting activities at the Company.

Personal skills:- Excellent communication & reporting skills, written and verbal- Be attentive to details along with sense of quality and discretion- Commitment to timely completion of tasks- Perform independently and flexible in dynamic context
Technical skills:- Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office- Practical use of Excel for analyses and reporting- Experience with AX, ERP system is a plus
Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting. The experience of working in public companies is a plus
The experience of synthesizing and analyzing consolidated financial statements (VAS & IFRS) is a plus
Experience in audit & public accounting
Bachelor degree in Economics/ Accounting. Certificate of Chief Accountant is preferable
