Chief Accountant (a member of ITL Corp)

1. To take responsibilities for managing of accounting transactions, controlling accounting team of the assigned companies.

2. To take responsibilities for checking and ensure of figures of accounting, finance, revenue, expenses are recorded accuracy and completeness. Statutory reports are prepared in accordance with the companies’ policies, State Securities Commision of Vietnam, Hochiminh Stock Exchange and current laws and regulations.

3. To regularly update authorities’ policies, regulations on taxes, labor and accounting in order to timely announce to his/her boss and update necessary requirements for accounting activities

4. To take legal responsibility for accounting record, taxes arising at the Company. Updating tax risks and giving suitable solutions in timely manner.

5. To coordinate with other functions (Finance team, HR, ….) to complete all resonable requests

6. Provide reports requested by finance function in order to support preparing budget, cash management, accounting management… of assigned companies

7. Periodically, organize counting for cash, tools, inventory and fixed assets in compliance with the group policy

8. Conduct internal and external training for accountants when necessary and make training plan (internal and external) for accountants

9. Conduct research and recommend improvement and renewal of accounting-related procedures and working processes of the accounting apparatus to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

10. Advising the FD on matters related to accounting, tax

11. Manage employees, evaluate the capacity and performance of employees in an appropriate and objective manner.

12. Assist FBP/FD with any other projects as required. Perform other related duties as assigned by direct boss or FD. Work in harmony with all customers/vendors/employees

13. Comply with rotation/assignment decision of FD

14. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Knowledge in logistics industry is prefer

• Good English skills

• Good computer skills

• Ability to plan, manage and follow through on assignment and communicate at all level of the organization in a timely and professional manner.

• Ability to work independently and as a member of team with minimal supervisor.

• At least 3 years experience the same position

• At least 3 years experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.

• Big 4 or Mid Tier experience would be a major plus

• Minimum BA of finance/accounting

• Have Chief Accountant Certificate

• Have CFA/CPA/ ACCA/ CMA certificate is prefer
