Chief Accountant

• Prepare monthly management accounts (balance sheet & profit & loss) and prepare parameter reports and checking all balance stock report.


• Preparing & reporting of accounts translation to headquarter in Malaysia.


• Verify monthly bank reconciliations


• Liaise with auditors / tax agents and head quarter accountants


• Verify payment vouchers


• Monitor daily cash flow


• Manage and maintain the Accoss Accounting System.


• Checking monthly report for tax department and statistics department


• Daily check the payment of customers


• Monthly prepare budget and cash flow report


• Daily transfer the data


• Verify all the in and out stock vouchers


• Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.


• Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.


• Assures compliance with state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws.


• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
– At least 3 years at the same position in manufacturing
– Excellent Microsoft Office skills
– Able to work with minimal direction
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Familiar with Vietnamese Law and Regulations
– Good command of English
