Chief Accountant ((Salary: 1.500 $ +++)

DIRECTLY REPORT TO: Finance Manager/ General Manager/ General Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design accounting management reports (Cost Analysis, Sales Analysis, and Expenses Reports) and review reports periodically.
• Manage overall works of Accounting Dept and ensure proper checking, authorizing and recording for all accounting transactions.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax consultant for annual audit arrangements.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting yearly.
• Design, maintain and develop the company’s accounting procedures & processes.
• Manage and organize the accounting department with proper payments and receipts processes.
• Prepare, review the financial statements and other monthly reports such as: material report, tax report, costing report, inventory report.
• Review of monthly tax reports and annual tax finalization reports.
• Work with local tax authority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Fluent in English
• Korean proficiency is an advantage.
• At least 10 years in accounting, audit with the position as Chief Accountant or similar supervisory role. Strong and proven accounting background.
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Education: Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Chief Accountant Certificate.
• Committed, persistent and work with high integrity.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Only Vietnamese.
