Chief Engineering (Manufacturing)

• Create a work environment with safety as a high priority
• Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts
• Follow up on project of engineering related to new installations or machinery
• Assess current maintenance work processes, to optimize efficiency
• Perform evaluations of employees to ensure quality of work
• Able to follow project, such as machine installations, lay out modifications, and small civil work expansion.
• Create and adhere to maintenance budgets
• Create and implement measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs (performing quality checks of all machinery, tools, equipment etc)
• Train new employees in maintenance work processes and procedures
• Record and track daily progress/error reports, shift reports and routine work reports.
• Oversee, manage and direct all maintenance procedures and operations
• Maintain vendor relationships and order new materials as needed

• Working experience in tannery work and maintenance work, if not tannery must be at big corporate company’s Senior level.
• Able to management projects
• Engineer level ,in mechanic , electro mechanic or industrial engineering senior level
• Salary according position and responsibility of this requirement
• Spoken and written English is a must
